Coming from the Bakauheni port, you have around 90km and 2 hours ride. Lampung is notoriously "famous" for people being stopped and robbed on the road.
I wasn't robbed myself though, but therefore you should arrive with the ferry from Jakarta no later than 15.00, to avoid riding in afternoon and night.
Note that the ferry can be delayed, which happened to me.
